What We're Looking For
Are you a freelance video editing maestro with a passion for off-roading and a deep understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook? JPBF Co. is on the lookout for a talented Reels and TikTok Video Editor to work with our team on a contract basis and bring our off-road lifestyle brand to life in the world of short-form videos!
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and create engaging, creative short-form videos (8-12 per month) using provided b-roll
- Stay up-to-date with off-road culture and events to ensure content is relevant and appealing
- Add captions, emojis, title cards, and sounds to videos as needed
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and optimize video performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Knowledge of off-roading culture and/or experience driving a Jeep (preferred)
- Ability to identify important b-roll segments and splice them together cohesively
- Experience adding captions, emojis, title cards, and sounds to videos
- Strong understanding of branding and commitment to maintaining brand guidelines
- Remote work capability; however, if you're located in Toronto, Canada, Houston, TX, or PA, we would love to meet up for coffee regularly
- Bonus: Graphic design skills and experience
